I'm not getting notifications
Work through these in order:
- Open Settings in the app and check that Ride alerts is switched on.
- Tap Send a test alert. If the test arrives, notifications are working and the ride you are watching simply has not opened yet.
- If the test does not arrive, check your phone's own settings — iOS: Settings → Notifications → ParkPilot; Android: Settings → Apps → ParkPilot → Notifications. ParkPilot needs permission to be allowed there.
- Check that you have tapped the bell on at least one attraction. The Alerts tab lists everything you are watching.
- Low Power Mode (iOS) and Battery Saver (Android) can delay notifications.
The wait times look wrong
ParkPilot reads publicly available park data feeds, which can lag behind the parks or drop out entirely. If a ride shows no data at all it usually means the feed is not reporting it. Always confirm in the official Walt Disney World app before relying on a time.
I forgot my password
ParkPilot accounts have no email address attached, so there is no automated reset. Create a new account and re-add your rides — it takes a minute. If you would like the old username freed up, email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your username, password, ride alerts, and registered devices. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will do it for you.
Is this an official Disney app?
No. ParkPilot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
